Questions about anything we have published, corrections to a review, explanations of how a score was reached, suggestions for properties or destinations to cover, media enquiries, and requests relating to your personal data.

We cannot help with

Reservations, amendments, cancellations, refunds, loyalty points, complaints about a stay, or anything else that requires access to a booking. We never take payments and have no visibility of any reservation.

Bookings go to the property

Every booking button on this site leads to the official resort website or a trusted third-party platform. Whoever took your payment is the party that can change or refund it.

No gambling support services

We do not offer gambling, accounts or wagering of any kind, so we cannot assist with gaming accounts or disputes. If gambling has stopped being entertainment, please contact a professional support organisation in your jurisdiction.
